Irene is the Vice Principal and University Secretary at ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø University and is also the Secretary to the University Court. Irene has a considerable and broad experience and expertise in higher education and is motivated by a genuine belief in the transformative impact of education, and by a belief in equal access to education, irrespective of background. Irene graduated with an MA Honours degree in Economics and Social History from the university of Aberdeen and was fortunate, under the Scottish system, to be able to study Psychology, Econometrics, Statistics as well as Scottish and Medieval History.
Irene was appointed to Court on 1 October 2012.
